Build and lead DESRI's internal IT function: define IT strategy and governance, manage infrastructure and enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, HRIS), lead cybersecurity and compliance, oversee vendor and budget management, establish service delivery and Help Desk, and scale a global IT team to support distributed operations and remote employees.

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement (90% non-IT, 10% IT): source vendors, obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, recommend POs/WOs/AMCs, track deliveries, handle statutory interactions (STPI, Customs, GHMC, Labor), and prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports.

Manage procurement of services and capital equipment for renewable energy projects, negotiating supply agreements, conducting market research, and fulfilling project needs.

This role involves building financial models for investment decisions, leading due diligence, and managing documentation related to M&A and financing transactions in renewable energy.

Support treasury and corporate finance activities for a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery projects: manage project-level debt facilities, coordinate cash payments/receipts, prepare reports, forecast short- and long-term cash positions, monitor liquidity and covenant compliance, optimize distributions, and help standardize treasury processes and controls while partnering with lenders, investors, asset managers, and accounting.

Lead and build DESRI's internal IT organization: define IT strategy and governance, manage enterprise infrastructure and SaaS, oversee cybersecurity/compliance, run global IT operations, vendor and budget management, and deliver end-user support.

As a transactional attorney, you'll advise on various transactions including acquisitions and financings, draft and negotiate documents, and supervise outside counsel.

Administer and enhance Salesforce applications for DESRI's renewable energy projects, manage data integrity, support integrations, and drive process improvements.
