Lead decomposition of a PHP monolith into Go microservices, design and operate scalable distributed systems (Kafka, Temporal, OpenSearch, Memgraph), integrate network telemetry and third-party APIs, maintain Terraform-managed cloud infrastructure, enforce SLAs/SLOs and CI/CD quality, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and drive platform architecture and reliability.

Own architecture and long-term direction of the classification and discovery layer: correlate telemetry into graph topologies, perform entity resolution and deduplication, associate metrics/logs to entities, and drive a streaming-first topology materialization with Memgraph and Kafka.

Drive channel partner development and direct sales in Northern California: qualify and train subagents, manage full channel sales cycle, meet quota, collaborate on go-to-market strategy, and expand customer relationships.
