Own high-value and high-risk family relationships from onboarding through outcomes. Lead difficult retention, renewal, and save conversations; create success plans, monitor student progress, identify risks, and drive early intervention. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective students and parents, manage inquiries, drive enrollments, and meet sales targets while providing insights to improve processes.

Coach Team Leaders, deliver facilitation and Predictive Index debriefs, use engagement data to target capability gaps, and recruit and develop a junior coaching team as the program scales.

Own and maintain the NSW subject curriculum source-of-truth: map NESA syllabus and exams, set pacing and benchmarks, brief and direct Resource Developers for workbook production, sign off on materials, design student support resources, and ensure high-quality, exam-focused curriculum delivery.
