As Platform Operations Lead, you will enhance the operational maturity of NexGen Cloud's infrastructure, focusing on automation, reliability, and incident response while improving processes across teams.

Lead new logo acquisition across the US and UK, targeting large enterprise, HPC, and AI model/application builders. Own identification, pursuit, and negotiation of complex multi-year GPU cluster deals, maintain executive-level relationships, and align commercial contracts with Legal, Finance, and delivery teams.

Own end-to-end month-end close across multi-entity Group, produce reporting packs, manage journals and reconciliations, maintain consolidations and statutory submissions, keep NetSuite updated, and supervise and coach junior finance staff.

Lead NexGen Cloud's content strategy, editorial standards and calendar; manage a junior Content Manager; produce long-form technical content and case studies; align content with sales, SEO and campaigns; brief freelancers and own editorial governance.

Lead NexGen Cloud's first in-house legal function: own commercial contracting, build legal infrastructure (terms, KYC, export controls, policies), manage board and company secretarial duties, support M&A due diligence and closings, implement legal operations (contract register, matter tracking, external counsel management), and proactively close governance and compliance gaps.

The HPC Cluster Architect will design and deploy large-scale GPU clusters, manage customer requirements, and lead technical integrations for high-performance computing environments.

The role involves owning and improving the design, deployment, and operation of OpenStack and Kubernetes environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of GPU workloads, while collaborating cross-functionally and driving automation using infrastructure-as-code practices.

The Business Development Manager will convert SDR leads into sales, engage with AI decision-makers, self-generate leads, conduct discovery calls on GPU infrastructure, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CRO and CFO: manage complex multi-timezone diaries and inboxes, coordinate board meetings and offsites, prepare board packs and investor materials, arrange travel and expenses, take minutes, support ad hoc strategic projects, and optimise executive support processes.
