Administer and configure IndySoft across a national lab network: manage users, templates, equipment profiles, data migrations, integrations (APIs/NetSuite/Salesforce), run SQL queries for data quality, provide user support and documentation, and recommend improvements and automations.

Lead design and rollout of a unified operating system across 32+ branches: analyze branch performance, standardize best practices, define manager rhythms and KPIs, build training/coaching, drive change management, and support acquisition onboarding to deliver measurable operational and EBITDA improvements.

Respond to inbound sales leads, generate quotes, manage customer accounts, coordinate onsite calibration scheduling, process orders in CRM/ERP, and support growth through relationship building and cross-team collaboration.
