The Account Manager will build client relationships, manage annotation teams, monitor project progress, and ensure client satisfaction while addressing concerns proactively.

Provide commercial legal support for an IT company: draft, review and manage MSAs, NDAs and supplier/customer contracts; conduct due diligence; advise internal teams on contractual, compliance and data protection matters; manage debt recovery and liaise with external counsel on cross-border issues.
