Advise clients on PRC regulatory and corporate transactional matters (JV, M&A, FDI, commercial contracts); draft and negotiate agreements; prepare due diligence; liaise with clients and foreign/local counsel; manage billing and practice knowledge. PRC-qualified candidates will also advise on PRC insurance regulation where applicable.

Lead strategic client development and opportunity conversion for priority commodities clients globally. Own account plans, drive pipeline management and high-value pitches, provide market insight, and partner with senior lawyers to translate sector strategy into revenue while coordinating marketing, thought leadership and cross-region collaboration.

Provide employment law advice across contentious and non-contentious matters for multinational and local clients, including investigations, compliance, restructurings, contracts, due diligence, dispute resolution and immigration-related employment issues. Support corporate transactions and draft employment documentation and settlement agreements across multiple sectors.

Handle assessment and negotiation of fast track, intermediate and multi-track costs; draft own-party and opposing cost budgets; pursue cost recoveries and bill drafting across personal injury and other litigation matters.

Defend complex general liability matters (NY Labor Law, premises liability, catastrophic injury, hospitality, transportation, negligent security). Manage a 25–30 matter caseload, take depositions, attend hearings/mediations, draft pleadings/motions, conduct legal research, handle discovery, investigate claims, prepare trial strategy, and report to insurer clients.

Provide legal advice to insurers and insureds on cyber insurance coverage and incident response; review policies, draft opinions and incident reports, manage complex matters with colleagues and experts, and support client relationship development. Work involves high-level English communication with international clients.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to litigation attorneys: produce and proof documents, manage Outlook calendars, perform state and federal eFilings, maintain electronic matter files (iManage), docket deadlines, prepare pleadings shells, and coordinate depositions and office reception tasks.

Mid-level litigation associate to defend complex product liability and commercial disputes. Duties include taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings and briefs, preparing correspondence, conducting legal research, drafting discovery, reviewing document collections, and submitting court filings. Requires J.D./LLM, admission to practice in Florida and New York, and 2-5 years of law firm experience; courtroom, commercial litigation, and toxic tort experience are preferred.

Provide corporate, governance, commercial, M&A and insurance regulatory advice. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage transactions and due diligence, coordinate cross-border teams, advise on regulatory/compliance matters, build and manage client relationships, support business development, and mentor and train junior lawyers.

Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal assistants, including reception duties, expense and invoice processing, document management (iManage, Box), reprographics, room bookings, courier coordination, office supply and cleanliness maintenance, and other related office tasks. Requires bilingual written and spoken communication and five-day in-office presence.
