Insurance coverage litigation associate responsible for drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and law-and-motion, preparing coverage opinions, conducting legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis, reviewing documents, attending depositions/hearings/mediations, and submitting court filings in state and federal courts.
