Manage a portfolio of 15–30 clients, performing and reviewing full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, cleanups, financial reporting, and year-end preparation. Oversee, coach, and train bookkeepers; coordinate with tax teams on Canadian filings; manage client relationships and onboarding; establish cloud-accounting workflows; monitor quality, deadlines, risks, and capacity; and recommend process improvements.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of 10–30 clients as the primary client contact. Lead client meetings, perform reconciliations and month-end processes, prepare financial reports, coordinate year-end and specialist services (tax, payroll), convert accounting systems, support automation, identify and escalate risks, and improve internal and client processes while working as an independent contractor on night shift aligned with Canadian hours.
