Own full-cycle payroll for multiple Canadian clients across varied pay cycles. Process complex transactions, review reconciliations and remittances, manage year-end filings, and ensure federal and provincial compliance. Use WagePoint and Karbon to improve automation, accuracy, communication, and service delivery while researching legislative updates.

Perform bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero, including invoice and bill coding, transaction recording, bank-feed reconciliation, statement uploads, invoicing, vendor payments, and accuracy reviews. Support audit documentation and month-end and year-end close processes while assisting Cloud Accountants.
