Own the WAYB and Gentle Wuff e-commerce businesses across DTC websites and Amazon. Lead revenue performance, forecasting, merchandising, conversion optimization, pricing, promotions, product launches, customer insights, and profitability. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Performance Marketing to build premium shopping experiences, improve business performance, and inform product and growth strategy.

Owns daily supply chain, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and operational systems across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retailer channels. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, overseas manufacturing, international freight, inventory planning, 3PL relationships, order fulfillment, ERP and EDI integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement. The role requires independently resolving operational issues and maintaining accurate inventory and order flows.

Handles customer and retail partner inquiries, post-purchase support, order and fulfillment investigations, escalations, returns, refunds, warranties, and delivery issues. Coordinates with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams to resolve problems. After earning CPST certification, provides virtual car-seat installation education and product support. Develops customer feedback reports and insights to improve products and processes.

Owns wholesale order operations from purchase order through fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery. Maintains customer, pricing, product, inventory, and shipment data across ERP, EDI, and B2B platforms. Coordinates with sales, operations, finance, warehouses, and retail partners on fulfillment, returns, onboarding, compliance, and issue resolution. Develops reporting, documentation, systems, and workflows to improve wholesale execution and reduce errors, delays, chargebacks, and manual processes.
