Lead development and optimization of automated email journeys and personalization using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Allego. Improve marketing automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance. Partner with Sales Operations, Technology, and vendors to integrate the Salesforce ecosystem, drive adoption and training, identify AI-driven marketing improvements, and report on measurable business outcomes.

Partner with an assigned Vice President, Retail Sales to prospect and grow financial advisor relationships, position alternative investment solutions, support sales engagement activity, maintain CRM records, assist with business planning, and provide timely service to existing supporters to drive new business.

Support timely, accurate trade execution and settlement across equities, fixed income and derivatives. Reconcile assets, maintain security data, validate and match trades (CTM/clearing), resolve failed trades and settlement breaks, coordinate settlement instructions with custodians/prime brokers, and support proxy voting, class actions and continuous improvement projects.

Support territory sales by engaging financial advisors, maintaining CRM pipelines, coordinating events/webinars, ensuring compliance with GRC practices, and providing administrative and operational sales support to drive advisor outreach and territory performance.

Drive prospecting and grow the advisor base using consultative sales; support an assigned Vice President, Retail Sales; develop business plans; meet activity targets; maintain CRM records and detailed engagement notes; position alternative investment solutions; provide proactive client support and contribute to team planning.

Support territory sales by scheduling advisor meetings, maintaining CRM pipeline, coordinating events/webinars, assisting with sales administration, ensuring compliance, and contributing to advisor engagement and outreach.
