Lead development and execution of the firm's tax-aware investing strategy across portfolios, product design, and advisor education. Partner with investment, distribution, product, marketing, and compliance teams to incorporate tax efficiency into portfolio construction, create advisor-facing tools and thought leadership, and support advisor engagement to drive after-tax outcomes and asset growth.

Lead identification, evaluation, and onboarding of external managers and strategies for a multi-strategy platform.
