Owns total rewards strategy and administration, including compensation architecture, salary structures, benefits, wellbeing, leave, accommodations, recognition, and career development. Serves as a hands-on HR business partner supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, learning, onboarding, offboarding, payroll backup, HR operations, compliance, vendor management, and scalable People processes. The role analyzes workforce data, advises leaders, manages sensitive employee matters, and improves the remote employee experience.
