Build and optimize the systems, data flows, automations, and AI workflows powering Strella’s go-to-market engine. Responsibilities include identifying buying signals, automating prospecting and account research, improving customer expansion workflows, running GTM experiments, measuring results, and maintaining integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and Lemlist.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound pipeline generation and consultative discovery through pilots, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account expansion. Build relationships with enterprise buyers, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, develop ROI cases, and partner with company leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, messaging, and the enterprise sales playbook. The role focuses on selling AI-powered market research to large organizations.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, including outbound prospecting, pipeline development, qualification, discovery, demos, pilots, ROI modeling, forecasting, negotiation, and closing. Partner with Customer Success on handoffs and expansions, collaborate with leadership on pricing and sales strategy, provide product feedback, and help build the mid-market sales playbook. The role requires consistently exceeding quota, self-sourcing opportunities, managing multiple deals, and selling SaaS, martech, or market research solutions.

Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market and engineering roles as Strella’s first internal recruiter. Build sourcing pipelines, recruiting processes, interview systems, ATS reporting, candidate experience, and employer brand initiatives. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers on headcount planning, leveling, compensation, and closing candidates. The role requires proactive outbound sourcing, strong commercial judgment, and experience building recruiting functions at venture-backed B2B SaaS or AI startups.

Own end-to-end market research engagements, including research design, discussion guides, qualitative and quantitative analysis, insight synthesis, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Partner with enterprise insights, marketing, and product leaders, leverage AI-powered research tools, build customer relationships, develop scalable methodologies, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to shape Strella’s research offering.

Own Strella’s product marketing strategy, including packaging, positioning, messaging, go-to-market launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, customer adoption, and lifecycle marketing. The role translates customer and market insights into clear offerings and recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing while measuring and refining launch and adoption performance.

Own product features from discovery through launch, creating polished workflows and AI-powered experiences. Partner with engineering, leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, prototype interactions, and maintain quality through implementation. Apply strong product judgment, research existing patterns, evolve the design system, and contribute to frontend code when appropriate. The role requires practical AI expertise, technical fluency, and ownership in a hybrid San Francisco environment.
