Provides onsite customer support and coordinates the Friendlier reusable packaging program across Stanford. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, troubleshooting bin and pickup issues, supporting new-location launches, conducting training and outreach events, creating communications, gathering user feedback, auditing bins and waste outlets, and running experiments to improve return rates. Requires strong organization, communication, independence, sustainability enthusiasm, and fluent spoken and written Spanish.
