The New Business Sales Representative is responsible for developing and closing new logo accounts through proactive outreach and pipeline generation, utilizing a structured sales approach and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Provide Tier 1–2 managed services support for clients across the Microsoft ecosystem. Own ticket lifecycle, troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, Exchange, Windows desktops, and core networking. Maintain documentation, contribute to knowledge base, liaise with vendors, and occasionally provide onsite support in Central London and shift coverage.
