The role requires strategic commercial thinking, strong communication, financial and technical understanding, and fluency in English and German.

Develop reusable automated testing frameworks, tooling, and quality gates for data pipelines and products. Integrate quality checks into CI/CD workflows, improve pipeline observability, coach delivery teams, and help engineers maintain effective automated tests. Investigate system risks, validate product areas, review check effectiveness, and establish engineering standards across the Quality Engineering function.

Create and maintain entity datasets for RepRisk's ESG platform: research, validate, and encode company and project data; match client records; update corporate structures and M&A events; perform quality control, scheduled reviews, and ad hoc data projects.
