The Business Intelligence Analyst will design and implement reports and analytics solutions in Power BI, collaborating with teams to gather data and deliver insights for better decision-making.

Perform detailed financial and cash-flow analysis of complex commercial loans, prepare clear credit write-ups and presentations for loan officers/committee, manage multiple requests, identify policy exceptions, mentor junior analysts, and maintain regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Lead and coach a regional Treasury Management sales team, manage a personal book of business in Kansas City, drive fee income by sourcing and selling treasury solutions, oversee pipeline and pricing, ensure compliance and client service, develop community relationships, and support cross-functional client needs while managing projects and training requirements.

Lead marketing analytics and SEO efforts to measure and optimize digital campaigns across deposits, mortgage, and business banking. Build dashboards, manage marketing technology and integrations (CRM, analytics, campaign tools), run A/B tests and attribution, develop segmentation and lifecycle strategies, own SEO and AI-driven content workflows, and translate insights into optimizations and leadership reporting while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Provide end-user IT support via ticketing system, phone, and walk-ins. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, install software and peripherals, document solutions, maintain knowledge base, assist new hires with onboarding, enforce endpoint standards, participate in continuous improvement, and perform occasional local branch travel.
