Analyze BOEs, labor mixes, subcontractor inputs, and develop Price-to-Win scenarios. Support program financial management on awarded contracts through EAC/ETC, burn rate and variance analysis, forecasting, monthly IPRs, and maintaining pricing baselines and templates to align pricing assumptions with execution.

Support DoD Emerging Technology Mission Assurance by researching, evaluating, prototyping, and integrating AI/ML/Generative AI solutions. Design and run technology evaluations, PoCs, and lab tests; develop assessment reports, architecture, CONOPS, and migration roadmaps; evaluate model performance, scalability, security, and cloud integrations; brief stakeholders and support transitioning capabilities to operational environments.

Develop and maintain telecommunications AutoCAD and Visio drawings documenting existing infrastructure and producing construction-ready as-built and design packages. Translate field survey data into accurate floor plans, pathway and rack layouts, conduit and cable routing diagrams, and coordinate with engineers and field teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining version control and project standards.

Lead design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise networks and hybrid infrastructure. Apply systems engineering and cybersecurity principles, mentor junior staff, evaluate solutions, and support secure facilities and client engagements with ~15-25% travel.

The role entails designing and developing middle-tier services and applications using C#, managing databases, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
