Lead and coach front-line warehouse teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals. Manage daily operations, staffing, metrics, WMS-driven workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment.

Serve as on-site HR Business Partner supporting operations leaders with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy compliance, HRIS reporting, culture and engagement initiatives, and safety enforcement. Provide strategic HR guidance, handle complex employee issues, lead high-volume recruitment and development, and support site-level HR metrics and reporting.

Support and optimize warehouse management system (WMS) solutions by gathering requirements, mapping processes, building integrations, writing SQL for analysis, executing testing and UAT, delivering training, providing Level 2 application support, and collaborating with vendors and development teams to implement WMS enhancements that improve warehouse operations and fulfillment.

Lead WMS implementations and support by gathering and documenting requirements, designing integrations and workflows, creating and executing test plans (including UAT), writing SQL for reporting and troubleshooting, providing Level 2 application support, and developing process and training documentation to optimize warehouse operations and integrations.

Design and optimize warehouse layouts and processes across contract packaging sites and distribution centers. Lead time studies, productivity analyses, ROI and cost modeling, and implement process improvements. Build reports/dashboards, propose automation solutions, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives and safety/compliance efforts.

Lead multi-site e-commerce outbound operations for facility launches, stabilizations, and recoveries. Provide hands-on support, coach site leaders, design workflows, drive productivity and quality improvements, implement standardized processes, and partner cross-functionally to meet operational KPIs. Requires frequent domestic travel to support multiple facilities.

Lead multi-site inbound warehouse launches, stabilizations, and recoveries. Provide hands-on operational support, diagnose performance gaps, develop and execute turnaround plans, and coach site leadership. Standardize processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet KPIs. Travel frequently to US facilities to deploy as the inbound operations subject matter expert and enable sustainable operational performance.

Manage inbound/outbound shipments, schedule carrier appointments, process deliveries, check tractors/trailers, complete outbound loads, perform daily audits and inventory/yard checks, resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies, enforce safety and GMP compliance, maintain records and team communication.
