Monitors financial exception and portfolio management reports, updates tickler dates, requests and processes borrower financial statements, escalates missing documentation, and supports CPMs and Loan Officers with loan exceptions and past-due accounts. Provides timely customer service while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Provides end-to-end in-person servicing for Commercial banking clients, including onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, treasury servicing, research, issue resolution, and transaction decisioning. Maintains clear communication, ensures policy and documentation compliance, builds client relationships, and identifies opportunities for Commercial, Treasury, Consumer, and SMB products while coordinating referrals to relationship managers and retail partners.

Develops and manages commercial banking relationships by acquiring clients, expanding portfolios, cross-selling products, structuring and negotiating lending agreements, preparing credit packages, monitoring credit quality, and overseeing loan closings. Builds referral networks, analyzes financial information, ensures compliance with lending policies, and supports portfolio profitability and growth.

Supports relationship managers with client onboarding, KYC activities, credit and treasury documentation, data quality checks, compliance coordination, and servicing requests. Coordinates with operations, credit, loan closing, and compliance teams to resolve issues and close documentation gaps. Tracks requests, assists clients with digital tools, performs data entry, and provides administrative and customer service support.

Manage marketing and strategy projects, operating rhythms, planning cycles, executive communications, budgets, KPIs, documentation, governance, and cross-functional execution. Support the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer by translating priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress and dependencies, removing barriers, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Promote AI adoption, coordinate culture initiatives, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support disciplined, efficient execution.

Supports departmental research, analysis, project tasks, meetings, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Participates in mentorship, professional development, team-building, service, and culture activities while developing business, technical, and professional skills.

Provides onsite IT support for Phoenix staff, troubleshooting Great Plains and other business applications, managing user accounts and access, deploying and maintaining technology assets, supporting office infrastructure, assisting with technology projects, training users, and coordinating with vendors. Requires strong hardware, software, networking, identity management, documentation, communication, and prioritization skills, plus seven years of IT support experience.
