Coordinate and manage daily intermodal freight movement across rail, truck, and terminals. Schedule and dispatch pickups/deliveries, monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, update TMS, verify documentation, communicate ETAs and exceptions to customers and internal teams, and support billing accuracy and process improvements.

Manage, validate, and optimize transportation accessorial charges (detention, layover, lumper, re-delivery, etc.). Approve invoices, ensure contract compliance, analyze spend, build reporting dashboards, negotiate with carriers/customers, implement process improvements, and support audits to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Advise customers and internal stakeholders on transportation strategies, analyze shipping patterns and market data, design operational plans, recommend carrier and capacity solutions, and identify process improvements to optimize cost, service, and compliance.
