Manages accounts payable activities, including supplier invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, VAT compliance, AP ageing, subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation, accruals, documentation, and audit support. The role requires journalism or media education, at least five years in major media organizations or newsrooms, and two years of professional experience in Dubai.

Supports financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, statutory audits, reconciliations, IFRS compliance, consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax requirements, and internal controls across multiple Group entities. Reviews accounting work, investigates variances, coordinates with auditors and operational teams, and improves Oracle Fusion reporting and closing processes.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: publish vacancies, screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, maintain the ATS and interview tracker, prepare onboarding documents, manage UAE national candidate communications, support employer branding events, and produce recruitment reports and metrics while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Coordinate digital projects across client accounts, vendors, developers, designers, and social media teams. Translate client requests into briefs, timelines, requirements, testing plans, and follow-ups. Manage website updates, digital tools, data systems, campaign execution, approvals, and quality reviews. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, identify issues, resolve blockers, maintain project documentation, and use AI tools to improve productivity. The role requires Arabic and English fluency, strong organization, client service, vendor management, and independent problem-solving.
