The Solution Architect will design and implement cloud architecture for products, leading DevOps teams and ensuring high availability and security, while innovating cloud solutions and driving platform efficiency.

Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from PO receipt to Proof of Delivery, coordinate export/shipping/customs, maintain licenses, handle invoicing and RMAs, provide supply updates, and act as primary customer contact while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
