The Senior Product Engineer will own product areas, engage directly with customers, make product decisions, and build across the full stack with a focus on AI systems.

Remove blockers, create visibility, and structure ambiguous problems into clear scopes to accelerate delivery in a high-velocity early-stage environment.

Own end-to-end onboarding for new B2B SaaS customers, run pilots, build onboarding playbooks, deliver training and enablement, track time-to-value, and hand off accounts to ongoing CS while partnering with Product and Support to remove friction.

Provide technical support for enterprise research customers by diagnosing issues in APIs, error logs, and data pipelines; guide onboarding and feature adoption; translate customer problems into product feedback; build help articles and internal knowledge to improve resolution speed and platform reliability.

Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agent systems: synthetic data pipelines, evaluation datasets, monitoring and logging, long-context handling, cascading error mitigation, prompt engineering, and tooling to enable domain experts to refine training data and optimize model performance at scale.
