As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will engage with senior decision-makers in healthcare, driving sales conversations and qualifying opportunities to fuel business growth.

Own customer lifecycle for healthcare customers: manage pilots, lead implementations and onboarding, drive adoption and retention, identify upsell/expansion opportunities, run QBRs, support renewals and contracting, and act as the customer advocate internally to ensure ROI and long-term account growth.

Manage full sales cycle in the mid-market healthcare segment, engage various stakeholders, develop strategies, and close deals while ensuring strong pipeline management and forecasting.
