Leads and develops a frontline sales team of Account Executives and Account Managers. Responsibilities include coaching, pipeline and forecast management, opportunity inspection, CRM discipline, sales methodology adoption, performance management, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and scientific teams. The role ensures disciplined execution across prospecting, discovery, qualification, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing while supporting broader commercial strategy.
