Provide first-line IT support for a fully remote team: troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices, manage device fleets (JAMF/MDM), provision and deprovision users, administer Google Workspace, manage application access, document solutions, and run small projects while growing into broader system ownership.

Own and run end-to-end accounting: monthly/annual close, GAAP financial statements, ASC 606 subscription revenue, billing and collections, cash, payables, payroll, controls, systems integrations, audits, forecasting, and lead the accounting team while partnering with leadership and investors.
