Own the full growth funnel from first visit to qualified sales conversation. Improve acquisition via website and trial, build self-serve flows, define buying signals, run experiments, own funnel analytics and attribution, and collaborate with Sales on deal feedback.

Lead end-to-end account management for high-tier ERP customers: drive adoption, implementations, trainings, month-end close optimizations, handle escalations, create SOPs and support docs, surface product feedback to Engineering, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
