The role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, resilience, and comfort with high-volume, KPI-driven work. Candidates will learn SaaS terminology and the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Leads engineering team execution and people management, including sprint capacity planning, milestone estimation, delivery tracking, risk escalation, blocker removal, performance management, career development, and engineering process quality. Partners with product and design leaders on priorities and trade-offs while collaborating with the Tech Lead on technical standards. Communicates delivery status and supports distributed teams in a fast-growing, AI-influenced product environment.

Own technical direction, architecture, engineering standards, and code quality for a product team while remaining hands-on. Drive RFCs, technical initiatives, production issue diagnosis, observability improvements, mentoring, and risk management. Collaborate with engineering management and product design to balance customer outcomes, quality, and delivery speed across frontend, backend, and mobile systems. Establish standards for AI-assisted development and ensure reliable, production-ready software.

Manage approximately 150 SMB SaaS customers, driving upsells, cross-sells, renewals, account reviews, pricing negotiations, forecasting, and CRM accuracy. Partner with CSMs, account executives, and Product to identify workflow gaps, improve adoption, and create customer value. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong prioritization, time management, collaboration, and ownership of revenue outcomes in a fast-paced construction software environment.
