Lead AIRoA's global recruitment: design and execute hiring strategy, manage full-cycle recruiting, direct sourcing (BizReach/LinkedIn), run recruitment events, strengthen employer branding, and coordinate hiring policies with HR and labor teams.

Perform day-to-day accounting through monthly and annual closings: journal entries, invoicing/payments, cash management, AR/AP, tax/auditor coordination, project P&L, budgeting, and building accounting workflows and internal controls.

Design, build, and operate cloud and on-prem infrastructure to provide GPU clusters, large-scale data platforms, and developer tooling as services. Optimize availability, performance, and security from an SRE perspective, lead incident response, improve operational processes, and drive mid-to-long-term infrastructure architecture and governance for robot foundation model R&D.

Develop and improve Vision-Language models for robotics, build training pipelines, conduct error analyses, and establish infrastructure for model deployment.

Design and develop semi/full humanoid robots, teleoperation systems, robotic hands, and verification/validation environments. Create mechanical assemblies, tooling, jigs/fixtures, perform tolerance and material selection, integrate sensors/actuators with electrical/software teams, and lead prototyping through validation.

Lead PR strategy to raise global recognition of the foundation model. Plan and execute domestic and international communications, support English-language business development, coordinate overseas talent-dispatch events, manage the PR team, and report to the board.

Lead AIRoA's corporate communications: draft and distribute press releases, manage media and social channels, handle inquiries, support event PR, and prepare English materials to translate complex AI/robotics topics for diverse domestic and global audiences.

Develop and maintain high-fidelity simulation infrastructure and evaluation tooling for humanoid, mobile, and service robots; build scenario libraries, automated CI/testing, synthetic sensor data, and sim-to-real analysis to support VLA, perception, navigation, and manipulation research.

Design, implement, and verify firmware and embedded software for humanoids, dual-arm robots, robotic hands, and teleoperation systems. Develop low-level control platforms, device drivers, communications (CAN/UART/SPI/I2C/Ethernet), logging/diagnostics, and interfaces to ROS/ROS2. Conduct real-robot testing, failure analysis, and system integration with mechanical, electrical, AI, and cloud teams to improve reliability and reproducibility for research data collection.
