Oversees project timelines, scope, quality, margins, risks, client satisfaction, capacity planning, and delivery standards. Hires, coaches, and develops team members while serving as a senior escalation point. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and leadership on client engagements, scoping, handoffs, and portfolio health. The hybrid role requires finance software implementation experience, project management expertise, AI workflow adoption, and occasional client travel.
