Lead design, implementation, upgrade, and support of Temenos T24 core banking environments. Define architecture, manage environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/DR/Prod), optimize performance, handle migrations (TAFC to TAFJ), integrate with middleware and external systems, and support deployments, DR, and Go-Live while mentoring junior engineers.

Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises) solutions including custom workflows, plugins, integrations, data migrations, and upgrades. Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and trace business requirements for ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SPM implementations. Facilitate discovery workshops, produce BRDs, process models, user stories, traceability matrices, and UAT scenarios. Define data and integration needs, manage scope and change control, support testing and defect resolution, and prepare training, handover, and administrator guidance.
