Develop and customize Oracle ERP/EBS and APEX applications, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations. Build PL/SQL database objects and REST/Web Services integrations, configure AME and Oracle Workflow, and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, OLM, and OTL. The role advises business, legal, procurement, technology, and information security stakeholders while maintaining privacy standards, controls, metrics, and compliance processes.

Designs, implements, and operates secure enterprise network infrastructure supporting SOC monitoring, detection, and incident response. Manages LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, NAC, and Zero Trust environments. Integrates network telemetry with SIEM and NDR tools, supports cyber incident containment and forensic collection, performs root cause analysis, maintains resilience and disaster recovery capabilities, automates monitoring and configuration management, and ensures compliance with banking regulations, ITIL processes, and audit requirements.

Leads disaster recovery, IT resilience, and business continuity for critical banking systems. Develops recovery strategies, runbooks, RTO/RPO targets, and testing programs; coordinates infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, databases, and business teams. Oversees backup, replication, high availability, and DR environments, conducts risk assessments and business impact analyses, manages vendors, ensures regulatory compliance, reports readiness to management, and mentors technical teams.

Designs complex end-to-end technology architectures for payment and banking initiatives. Translates business requirements into application, integration, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions; evaluates vendors and build-versus-buy options; ensures resilience, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Reviews implementations, guides engineering teams, presents designs to governance forums, and maintains architecture documentation.
