The role is fully on-site in Dunedin, Florida and emphasizes technical problem-solving and customer service.

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, backups, and security. Troubleshoot hardware/software failures, manage user accounts, apply patches, perform daily system monitoring and backups, document procedures, and participate in on-call rotation while providing customer-facing support.
