Lead Judi Health’s enterprise total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and retirement programs. Advise executives, manage compensation cycles and open enrollment, oversee vendors and budgets, ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance, and use workforce analytics to improve attraction, retention, and engagement. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on scalable programs, organizational transactions, and benefits-related product and market initiatives.

Lead full-stack software development from design through delivery for Judi Health’s healthcare benefits platform. Partner with product, design, and QA teams to define requirements, build scalable features, provide technical leadership and support, and expand the platform using Python, AWS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Build and maintain Snowflake data models using dbt, improve data quality and observability, define data contracts, and support a modular healthcare data platform. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver trusted datasets. Responsibilities include pipeline monitoring, incident troubleshooting, performance and cost optimization, design reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. The role requires strong SQL and Python, data modeling, orchestration, CI/CD, cloud data warehouse, security, governance, and healthcare data knowledge.

Manage and support analytics initiatives, mentor analysts, prioritize business-critical projects, and develop scalable data processes.
