Lead hands-on design and delivery of enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and Databricks. Mentor data engineers, manage technical priorities and deliverables, review designs and code, optimize ELT/ETL pipelines, develop data models and analytical datasets, and implement governance and quality practices.
