Manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with SRA and firm standards, draft documents, instruct counsel when needed, meet billing targets, and support trainee and paralegal development within a hybrid Leeds/Nottingham team.

Provide specialised client administration and account management support to paraplanners and financial planners. Serve as client contact, manage documentation, execute transactions (switches, withdrawals, contributions), maintain CRM and data integrity, liaise with providers, and support process management and training within the Wealth Operations team.
