Develop concepts, interviews, field pieces, and recurring formats; collaborate with scholars and producers; independently record and edit videos; monitor online trends and audience feedback; and represent the organization across social platforms. The role requires strong on-camera presence, storytelling, editorial judgment, creativity, and the ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly.

Produce and edit short- and long-form video and podcast content from concept through publication. Coordinate guests, operate cameras, lighting, audio, studios, and remote-recording systems, edit episodes and social clips, and package content for digital platforms. Collaborate with scholars and communications staff to translate policy ideas into engaging programming, track platform trends, manage production calendars, and maintain a consistent visual identity while meeting tight deadlines.
