Lead and mentor a software engineering team, guide technical decisions, oversee engineering delivery, improve development processes, promote software quality, support recruitment, and foster continuous learning. The role requires hands-on software development expertise, C++ experience, knowledge of architecture and testing, familiarity with web, backend, database, DevOps, and cloud technologies, and strong people leadership.

Provide Level 2 hotline support in a shift-based 24/7 team: troubleshoot Linux servers and Eidosmedia product stack, perform remote diagnostics, analyze logs, resolve issues with web/application servers (Tomcat, Nginx, Apache), collaborate with support teams, and deliver customer-facing technical assistance.

Lead and evolve QA strategy and function across the product portfolio. Define quality standards, metrics, and reporting; drive automation, continuous testing and AI-assisted practices; ensure reliability, performance, scalability, security and compliance; lead and grow distributed QA teams and partner with Product and Engineering to turn quality insights into engineering priorities.
