Own and evolve embedded firmware for connected, energy-storage-enabled appliances from development through production and fleet support. Design connectivity, OTA updates, fleet management, telemetry, remote control, provisioning, and manufacturing test systems. Develop and test firmware on real appliances, improve reliability and tooling, collaborate across hardware, cloud, and product teams, and mentor engineers while shaping technical architecture.

Coordinates Sales and Marketing operations, including meetings, timelines, CRM administration, reporting, dashboards, onboarding, training, vendor relationships, collateral management, and process automation.
