Serve as primary client contact to build relationships, drive retention, and grow revenue through upsells and cross-sells. Proactively manage customer success, track metrics (contacts, renewals, add-ons), resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, marketing, pre-sales, product, and support to maximize product adoption and customer value.
