Facilitate discovery sessions, translate requirements into documentation and data mappings, coordinate internal technical teams and stakeholders, manage risks and scope, monitor project health, support post-launch validation, and identify expansion opportunities.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support custom integrations connecting HR, payroll, and financial systems. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable API- and file-based solutions, lead UAT and go-live activities, troubleshoot production issues, document technical details in Salesforce Service Cloud, and collaborate with PMs, support, partners, and clients throughout the full lifecycle.

The Pre-Sales Representative will develop solutions, deliver proof of concept demonstrations, and collaborate closely with sales to close processes, ensuring client needs are met with best practices.
