Build identity and cross-platform automation (Okta, Workflows) and scripts (Python/JavaScript). Support SOC 2/PCI/GDPR controls, vendor security reviews, and incident triage.

Lead onboarding for B2B partners by collaborating with sales, solutions, operations, and compliance to integrate accounts, design onboarding workflows, troubleshoot issues, track product performance metrics, provide data-driven UX insights, and define business requirements and user stories with product managers.
