Develop backend software and computer vision features for spatial intelligence and digital twin products. Responsibilities include building scalable cloud and edge applications, managing relational and non-relational databases, optimizing queries, integrating Celery-based asynchronous services, implementing GIS and spatial data algorithms, and participating in testing, code reviews, architecture discussions, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns end-to-end product design for web applications, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, design systems, and usability iteration. Partners closely with engineers to ensure feasible, accurate implementation within Agile workflows. Applies market research and commercial insight to improve product positioning, sellability, demos, and roadmap decisions. Maintains design documentation and supports B2B or B2G SaaS products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads agile software projects, coordinates Scrum ceremonies, manages scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and project burn. Collaborates with engineering and DevOps teams on system architecture, edge-cloud integration, AI/ML workflows, deployment, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Mentors teams on Agile practices, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.

Develops technical and financial proposals, EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, compliance forms, and supporting documentation. Maintains templates and document repositories, prepares presentations and partnership materials, and collaborates with business development, legal, and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant bid packages under tight deadlines.

Support marketing by designing collateral in Canva, drafting social posts (LinkedIn), updating blog/website content, scheduling content, conducting basic market research, and collaborating with design, writing, and sales teams.
