Own and build clearing operations for a CFTC-regulated exchange: evaluate DCO clearing environment, create SOPs/runbooks, manage settlement, treasury, reconciliation, SLAs, escalations, and partner with Control Desk, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to build tooling and resolve operational incidents.

Own People Ops operational backbone: onboarding/offboarding, Rippling and Deel HRIS administration, benefits and vendor management, payroll support, compliance, visa coordination, and building self-service/AI tools and documentation to reduce repeat questions.

Own and improve core backend systems for perpetual futures: build and optimize low-latency matching engine, ensure correct order state and backpressure, instrument observability, optimize runtime performance, and lead production incident response to raise reliability and throughput.
