Owns legal intake, matter tracking, contract workflows, commercial agreement support, approvals, records, reporting, external counsel administration, and broader paralegal operations. The role drafts and reviews lower-risk agreements, maintains templates and playbooks, coordinates stakeholders, supports governance and customer due diligence, and improves legal processes through automation and responsible AI use.

Leads XBOW’s corporate communications strategy, including media and analyst relations, executive thought leadership, internal communications, crisis response, and brand narrative. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on launches, funding announcements, and corporate milestones. Design, implement, and operate scalable, multi-cloud distributed infrastructure and core services (TypeScript, Kotlin, Go). Optimize compute, storage, networking, and observability; support event-driven architectures; own end-to-end deployment and production reliability; implement disaster recovery and business continuity; collaborate with engineering, AI and security researchers to enable high-velocity product development.
