Manage and grow production of onboarded independent insurance agents by training on carriers/products, driving cross-sales, hitting sales targets, using data to identify growth, and communicating feedback to improve training and appointments.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned independent insurance agencies, deliver individualized training, drive sales and cross-sell opportunities, track data-driven growth, understand carrier products/commissions/appointments, and meet/exceed production targets.
