Lead and grow telli's sales organization: hire, train, coach and shadow a high-performing team; manage quota attainment, pipeline, forecasting and reporting; build GTM processes with RevOps; collaborate with product, marketing and customer ops; establish sales culture and middle management; drive complex consultative deals and career growth.

Work directly with the CEO to scope and run special projects across finance, commercial, legal, recruiting, and operations. Provide market intelligence and differentiation, enable commercial teams with materials, and manage product-brand communications to drive adoption and outcomes.

Lead and execute growth-oriented marketing for a B2C AI voice-agent startup: plan campaigns, create content, run launches and events, build founder brand, experiment with channels, and measure impact to drive pipeline and revenue.

Own a book of accounts to drive adoption, renewals, and upsells; provide first-line technical support for integrations, agent performance and call quality; run onboarding, workshops and training; build tracking workflows, document playbooks, and translate customer needs into product feedback.
