Support a funds tax practice across entity structuring, fund formation, manager advisory, and portfolio transactions. Use AI agents for drafting, document review, due diligence, tax analysis (UBTI/ECI), and client advisory. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows and improve efficiency in document management and closings.

Operate, secure, and support company IT systems including account lifecycle, SaaS integrations, endpoint hardening, MDM/SSO, office networks, and IT automation.
